This 8×12 Custom shed in Gilbert has a gable roof, double doors, and windows for light. Rather than matching the house, the homeowners chose a green body and trim combination.
The roof uses architectural shingles and a finished fascia overhang, which gives the roofline more depth and keeps water off the siding. A keyed T-handle lock is on the doors.

Do I need a permit for a shed in Gilbert?
Gilbert’s code compliance FAQ says a storage shed under 200 square feet does not require a building permit, as long as it has no electrical or plumbing and is not attached to the house. A shed 200 square feet or larger needs a permit and has to meet the setbacks in Land Development Code section 2.106. Confirm the current rule for your lot with Development Services at (480) 503-6700. Where can a shed be placed in Gilbert?

A concrete slab is not required for every shed. I offer a treated wood foundation and floor system, or we can discuss building on a suitable existing slab. I do not pour concrete slabs.
