We frame all our walls with premium-cut 2×4 studs that I hand-pick to make sure they are straight.
Heavy Duty Floor System
We build our shed floors with treated 2×6 floor joists spaced 16″ on center and 3/4″ Advantech flooring. Advantech provides exceptional strength and moisture resistance, and we finish every shed floor with a durable gray floor paint for added protection and a clean, finished look.
LP Smartside Wall Panels and LP Trim
We use LP SmartSide® treated engineered wood siding for its durability, moisture resistance, and long-lasting performance. LP SmartSide® Trim is used around doors, windows, corners, and other exterior details to properly complete the siding installation. Together, they provide a durable exterior built for Arizona’s climate.
Architectural Shingles

Paint
We use premium Sherwin-Williams® exterior coatings for a durable, professional finish. Depending on the application, we use Emerald® Rain Refresh™ or Everlast™ Exterior Paint & Primer, providing excellent protection against Arizona’s sun, heat, moisture, and changing weather. Exterior colors can be matched to your home for a personalized look.
5 Inch Roof Overhangs
Our 5-inch roof overhangs add a finished look while helping keep rain off the shed walls and doors. They also provide additional shade to help protect the shed from the Arizona sun.
Gable Vents
Our sheds are equipped with gable vents to promote airflow and help release hot air from inside the shed, which is especially important in the Arizona heat.
Radiant Barrier Roof Sheathing
We use radiant barrier roof sheathing as a standard feature on our custom sheds. It helps reduce heat transfer through the roof, making a difference in hot Arizona summers.
