Built on-site, in your yard

I bring the materials and build the shed on-site. When truck access is tight, materials come through the side yard. Walls are LP SmartSide siding and trim. Shingle roofs are Owens Corning Oakridge. Standard sheds are painted with Sherwin-Williams Duration. Custom sheds use Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh or Everlast, with colors that can be matched to your home.

Most builds take 1 to 2 days. Larger custom sheds can take up to a week. Standard sheds include a 3-year warranty. Custom sheds include a 7-year warranty.

Gallery questions

Can you plan around HOA rules?

Send the written requirements with photos and rough measurements of the spot. Height, roof style, colors, and placement can all change the design. I can plan a low-profile shed and match colors to the house. The HOA still has to approve it.

What are the sheds made of?

LP SmartSide siding and trim. Pitched roofs use Owens Corning Oakridge architectural shingles. Low-slope HOA roofs use the GAF Liberty two-ply self-adhering system. Exterior paint is Sherwin-Williams Duration on Standard sheds, and Emerald Rain Refresh or Everlast on Custom sheds.

Do you deliver a finished shed?

No. Sheds are built on-site, so there is no delivery truck or crane fee. Materials are carried in if the side yard is the only access.

How long does a build take?

Most sheds are done in 1 to 2 days. Larger custom sheds may take up to a week.

Do you pull permits?

Permit rules depend on the city and the shed size. Send the city and the size you want, and I will tell you what that jurisdiction usually requires before we build.
