Shed Repair & Removal in Mesa, AZ
Rotted floors, damaged walls, leaking roofs, and worn-out doors, repaired on-site by the same owner-led team that builds new sheds across the East Valley. Repairs start at $200.
Fix the shed you have
I’m Alex, the owner of Sheds Up. Most of what I do is build new sheds, and that same experience goes into repairs. A shed with a soft floor or a damaged wall often has years of life left once the bad sections are replaced, and a repair usually costs far less than a new building. You pay only for the parts that need fixing, with no tear-down, no haul-away, and no new foundation.
Arizona is hard on sheds. Monsoon water sitting against the base, years of direct sun, and termites all take their toll, usually starting at the floor and the bottom of the walls. Catching it early keeps a small repair from turning into a replacement.
- Floor feels soft, spongy, or sags when you walk on it
- Wall panels are swollen, cracked, or rotted at the bottom
- Water gets in after a monsoon storm
- Doors drag, sag, or won’t close
- The shed is leaning or no longer sits level
- Termite damage along the floor or wall framing
- Everything is piled on the floor with no shelving

Shed removal
Old shed
removal.
When a shed is past repairing, I’ll tear it down and haul away the debris, whether you’re making room for a new shed or just want the space back.
Shed removal starts at $5 per square foot, so removing an 8×10 shed starts at about $400. Send photos of the shed and what’s around it, including the gate or path out to the street, and I’ll give you a price.

Shed repair
questions.
How much does shed repair cost?
Repairs start at $200. The final price depends on what’s damaged and how much. Send photos of the problem areas and a few of the whole shed, or schedule an on-site consultation, and I’ll give you a price before any work starts.
Do you repair sheds you didn’t build?
Yes. I repair wood sheds from any builder, including Tuff Shed and big-box store sheds, and I replace floors in metal sheds. Send photos and I’ll let you know whether it’s a good candidate for repair.
Do you fix monsoon and storm damage?
Yes. Wind-damaged roofs, torn-off shingles, broken siding, and doors or windows knocked loose by a storm can all be repaired. Water that got in can rot the floor, so it’s worth having the floor checked too.
Can you make my old shed match my house?
Often, yes. Repainting the shed in your home’s colors, reshingling to match the house roof, and replacing worn trim can make an older shed look like it belongs with the house.
Can you level or move my shed?
I can re-level a shed that has settled and shift it a short distance, for example away from a block wall where debris builds up. I don’t relocate sheds to a different part of the yard.
Does the shed need to be emptied?
For floor repairs, yes. The area being worked on needs to be clear. For wall repairs and shelving, clearing space along the wall being worked on is usually enough.
Can you add shelves to my existing shed?
Yes. Shelving and lofts can be added to most wood sheds, using the wall framing for support.
Can you remove a shed without building a new one?
Yes. Removal starts at $5 per square foot, including tear-down and hauling away the debris.
Is there any repair work you don’t do?
I don’t repair plastic sheds, the metal walls or roofs of metal sheds, electrical, or insulation. I also don’t relocate sheds to a new spot. Everything else on a wood shed, including floors, framing, siding, roofs, doors, windows, vents, paint, and shelving, I can handle, and I can replace the floor in a metal shed.
What photos should I send?
One photo of each side of the shed, close-ups of the damage, and a photo of the inside floor. Rough measurements of the shed help too.
