Standard Features
Paint
We include a longlasting durable exterior paint job, along with a durable gray painted floor. Paint is Sherwin Williams Duration and colors are Fawn Brindle and Agreeable Gray. It’s great for harsh exterior conditions and offers superior resistance to cracking, peeling, mildew, and fading. $200 more for custom colors like matching your house.
Professional Installation
We can install your shed just about anywhere since we build it on site. Materials are all hand carried in through your side yard gate.
30 Year Architectural Shingles
We use 30 year architectural shingles on all our sheds. Choose between 7 popular colors.
2×4 Wall Construction
We frame all our walls with top choice 2×4 wall studs that I hand pick to make sure they are straight.
Heavy Duty Foundation
We use 2×4 floor joists 16” on center and 3/4″ exterior grade plywood. We also paint the floor with durable gray floor paint.
LP Smartside Wall Panels
We use LP Smartside for our shed walls. It is an exterior grade panel pre primed a natural tan color. It is treated so it will not absorb water.
Locking Door Tee Handle
Our doors have a locking T handle with keys to keep your stored items secure.
Gable Vents
Our sheds are equipped with vents to let the Arizona heat out.
6 Inch Roof Overhangs
6″ overhangs not only help keep rain off the shed walls and doors, but also keeps the sun off the walls during the hotter times of day.
