Standard Features
Paint
Standard sheds are painted with Sherwin-Williams® Duration® exterior paint in Fawn Brindle for the body and Agreeable Gray for the trim. Custom exterior colors are available for an additional $150.
Professional Installation
We can install your shed just about anywhere since we build it on site. Materials are all hand carried in through your side yard gate.
Architectural Shingles
We use Owens Corning® Oakridge® architectural shingles on all our sheds. Their dimensional design gives the roof a more substantial look than traditional 3-tab shingles, while providing long-lasting protection against wind and weather. Choose from 8 popular colors. View Shingle Color Options
2×4 Wall Construction
We frame all our walls with premium-cut 2×4 studs that I hand-pick to make sure they are straight.
Heavy Duty Floor System
We build our shed floors with treated 2×4 floor joists spaced 16″ on center and 23/32″ tongue-and-groove OSB subfloor. The tongue-and-groove design provides a strong, secure connection between panels, and every shed floor is finished with a durable gray floor paint for added protection and a clean, finished look.
LP SmartSide Wall Panels and LP Trim
We use LP SmartSide® treated engineered wood siding for its durability, moisture resistance, and long-lasting performance. LP SmartSide® Trim is used around doors, windows, corners, and other exterior details to properly complete the siding installation. Together, they provide a durable exterior built for Arizona’s climate.
Locking Door T-Handle
Every Sheds Up door comes standard with a locking T-handle and keys, providing convenient and secure access to your stored belongings.
Gable Vents
Our sheds are equipped with gable vents to promote airflow and help release hot air from inside the shed, which is especially important in the Arizona heat.
5 Inch Roof Overhangs
Our 5-inch roof overhangs add a finished look while helping keep rain off the shed walls and doors. They also provide additional shade to help protect the shed from the Arizona sun.

Heavy Duty Ramp
Make loading and unloading your shed easier with our optional removable aluminum ramp. The ramp provides a smooth transition into the shed and can be easily removed when not needed. It’s a convenient option for moving lawn equipment, tools, and other items in and out. $220
