Standard sheds come in a limited selection of standard sizes and are available with either a pitched roof or lean-to roof in one standard color combination. There is an HOA option available on 4-wide and 6-wide sizes with a low-slope roof. Heights offered are 6′, 6.5′, and 7′. Built with functionality, durability, and affordability in mind, our standard sheds are a practical solution for storing belongings, garden tools, equipment, outdoor furniture, and more.

Paint

Standard sheds are painted with Sherwin-Williams® Duration® exterior paint in Fawn Brindle for the body and Agreeable Gray for the trim. Custom exterior colors are available for an additional $150.

I personally build every Sheds Up shed on-site, with help from my full-time team member. We carry the materials through the available access to your backyard.

Architectural Shingles

We use Owens Corning® Oakridge® architectural shingles on gable and lean-to roofs. Their dimensional design gives the roof a more substantial look than traditional 3-tab shingles, while providing long-lasting protection against wind and weather. Choose from 8 popular colors. HOA Low-Profile Option

Available on 4-wide and 6-wide Standard sheds. Low-slope roof with overall shed heights of 6′, 6.5′, or 7′. The roof is covered with the GAF LIBERTY™ self-adhering roofing system, which is designed for low-slope roofs. The shed in the photo is a 10×6 in Mesa.

2×4 Wall Construction

We frame all our walls with premium-cut 2×4 studs that I hand-pick to make sure they are straight.

Heavy Duty Floor System

We build our shed floors with treated 2×4 floor joists spaced 16″ on center and 23/32″ tongue-and-groove OSB subfloor. The tongue-and-groove design provides a strong, secure connection between panels, and every shed floor is finished with a durable gray floor paint for added protection and a clean, finished look. This floor is in an 8×12 in Scottsdale.

LP SmartSide Wall Panels and LP Trim

We use LP SmartSide® treated engineered wood siding for its durability, moisture resistance, and long-lasting performance. LP SmartSide® Trim is used around doors, windows, corners, and other exterior details to properly complete the siding installation. Together, they provide a durable exterior built for Arizona’s climate.
