How a Sheds Up build works
Send me photos of the spot and any HOA requirements. We’ll settle the size, roof style, colors, and add-ons, and I’ll give you the total using our published prices. I bring the materials and build your shed on-site. Most builds take 1 to 2 days; larger custom sheds may take up to a week. When truck access is limited, we carry materials through the available side-yard access.
Built for Arizona heat
Both our Custom sheds and Standard sheds include LP SmartSide siding and trim and are built on-site. Custom sheds offer an upgraded floor system, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, more size and roof options, greater paint flexibility, and a 7-year warranty. Standard sheds come in select sizes and a standard color combination and include a 3-year warranty.
Every shed has wall vents to let hot air out, Sherwin-Williams exterior paint made to hold up to the sun, and roof overhangs that shade the walls. Custom sheds add radiant-barrier roof sheathing to cut down on heat coming through the roof.
I build pitched-roof sheds when you want more headroom, and low-slope or lean-to sheds when HOA height limits apply. I build in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gold Canyon, Florence, and surrounding areas.
